Finally, Some Internet Access

10/1/2015

Good Morning from Freedom Lodge,
I finally have some stable internet access for a period of time.
It has been interesting to hear the "theories" as to why no electricity for major sections of the city.  Some say, the system is being converted to be "better" for all, some say that it is due to the upcoming elections, ie. if there is going to be a rally by one of the opposition parties (four of them) then all of a sudden the electricity goes out in that section of the city and therefore no media coverage....others say that Arusha just has too many people with too many "cellular" devices that need  charging all the time.
This afternoon we are looking forward to seeing all the staff from Ngateu at the party we are having for them.  Although it is their "vacation week", they will be at the party.
I am attaching one picture of Mr. Mosha with "English on a Roll"...tomorrow I will hopefully sending pictures of our party.

Elaine
