Yesterday was wonderful. The largest graduating class from Ngateu came down to Freedom Lodge to have a party. All 44 kids showed up. We are so proud of them for all their efforts to make it through a really tough education system. They will sit for their exams in November and then later learn their scores and what further education options they have. Until then, it is a time of waiting.
Their celebration is one that they will remember all their lives. It was a time of congratulations, songs and fun. We had balloons, gift bags and food. How could it go wrong. As the kids left all the Safi people in attendance kept saying "this is a really amazing group of kids"
